The reception staff were very helpful and was delighted that the rooms were serviced daily.

Felt that the swimming pool and sun terrace was a little small for the size of the apartment building.

Staff were not friendly and I had to explain to the maid 3 times at 8am that I was still sleeping and would like her to come back later.

The apartment was very clean, mdern and spacious. Great location. A fantastic alternative to a tradiational hotel. It was more like a corporate apartment

noise from the road outside, but that was inevitable bearing in mind the close proximity to the V & A waterfront

We thought that the apartment with its modern fittings was great, we loved it, so clean and comfortable except that the air con did not blow into the bedroom area so we have only given comfort as good rather than excellent

Location was great, close to Waterfront and very easily accessible to other areas of Cape Town

Was very noisy from all the major roadways in the area.

These rooms are huge! and there is everything u need, its very private and quiet and it was a lovely view from the balconey of table montain, The short walk to the waterfront was a bonus, We stayed with our 8 month old girl and they supplied a cot and bedding which was great and didnt cost much extra (unlike most places)

there wasnt someone behind reception at all times and if there was they were not to interested in telling u more, as we ead check out was between 10-2 but as soon as it was 10.05 there wa a knock at the door as the other people were waiting to get in the room, i wouldnt mind but when we arrived at 12 to check in they said to us the room wouldnt be ready till 2
