Sisustus ja siisteys, sijainti hyvä työmatkalaiselle Henkilökunnan osaaminen epätasalaatuista eli johdon väki ja kuljettajat osasivat asiansa, muilla parantamisen varaa asiakaspalveussa. Tiedonkulku ei toimi kunnolla: samoja asoita jouduttiin käymään läpi eri henkilöiden kanssa jopa viisi kertaa. Turhauttavaa, varsinkin kun asiat esitettettiin niin, että asiakkaassa on vika, kun hotellin oma väki oli ollut huolimaton. |

Employees are friendly, location is easy and what I really enjoyed was their transfer services, which I could also use as taxi cab to go downtown. Services were very efficient. I think the breakfast could have more rolls and salty pastries for those who are not used to the British type of Breakfast. For instance, we South Americans don't eat eggs, bacon, sausages and toasts. We are used to fresh fresh rolls and pastries. And there could be a stronger type of coffee to offer because many nationalities don't enjoy weak coffee, tipical of British and Americans. |

View of Table Mountain Confirmation showed king-size bed, we had 2 single beds. Confirmation showed breakfast included, when we got to breakfast the morning, it was rooms only. Fortunately that was sorted out in the morning. |

Good hotel with clean rooms, central location, nice & helpful staff, good & extensive breakfast buffet, absolute good value for money Rooms quite basic, not really 4-star standard rather good 3-star, many rooms quite noisy because of heavy traffic - ask for a quiet room on inside. |

Enjoyed the city abd the New Years celibration My room. The air conditioning in the room was broken-it was having the moisture come back into the room. They tried to fix it but it was not repaired properly. The common areas did not have air conditioning which made movement in the hotel somewhat uncomfortable. It was not what I expected from a 4 star hotel. The next questions ask about recommendations- I would say that so long as the person knew about the rooms I would say that the hotel was good. The food and staff were excellent |
