great location

it was very noisy and the access with the key card was difficult (you had to try several times in order for the door to open). The curtains were dirty and the room was quite small

The person that I met there. That was about it

The people there was very rude. The room air conditioner had a leak and
it made the floor very wet. Very noisy. Very small rooms

Central location

Electrical fittings not up to standard /thinning bathroom towels. Hotel
generally needs to be regraded or improved.

Not being used to New York prices, I may seem like a "hard grader" but I
find it hard to say that I received good value for the price - the room
was tiny! But it was clean and comfortable and I felt secure and I will
recommend the hotel any time I have the chance.

Better towels would be nice.

I liked the location of the hotel.

The hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke even though I asked for a
non-smoking room. The shower head made loud noises which inturn make the
wall shake. Overall, the hotel was a huge disappointment.
