When I complained about my pull out bed (see below) staff did offer a
50% reduction in room rate, stating that this was policy when such rooms
were used. However, no such offer was made at check in......

Even though my reservation through booking.com was made well in advance,
and I called the hotel to confirm and to say I would be checking in
after dinner, when I arrived at about 9pm, I was given the meeting area
of a suite (the bedroom area separated and not available) with only a
pull out couch for the bed. I asked to be moved and was told the hotel
was fully booked......

convenience for the airport

Attentiveness of staff at front desk. Convenience of room - darkening drapes, amenities. I simply needed a room to sleep for a few layover hours between flights, it was very convenient.

the proximity to the airport given my very early flight in the morning.

I thought the fees for using the computer internet service at the hotel were very high. I have stayed at many comparable hotels where such a service is available at no charge whatsoever.
