The citizenM Hotel Amsterdam Airport is situated within a one-minute walk from the arrivals and departures terminal at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (200 metres). A covered walkway is provided for guests to walk to and from the hotel.

Buses, taxis and trains are also within walking distance (200 metres) and provide a 24-hour connection to the city centre of Amsterdam (20 minutes by train).

Parking and rental cars are within walking distance as well (200 metres).

It's a new and lovely hotel to stay for a night between flights. Everything is designed for a tired traveller and everywhere you can feel this sweet care. 5-7 minutes walk from Schipholl airport. Rooms are clean and quiet. Ideal solution for a one night stay.

Next door to airport. Easy check in/out. High tech rooms with computer controlled lights/blinds/tv and temp

Shower and toilet in a unique design, situated inside the room. You got to see it to understand. Some people might be uncomfortable with this lack of privacy.

such a unique concept. Also, absolutely quiet, even on the runway side. I wanted to hear planes, but soundproofing was so good, I couldn't. Fabulous decorated spaces to hang out outside of the room, and the room was very captivating.

I would have preferred something like a small restaurant there, I really don't like cafeterias, although this one was one of the better ones. Food was expensive for what was served. We had lots of luggage, and space in the room was a little tight, but it was ok for an overnight at airport.

Hotel ideal for the traveler needing to stay at Schiphol airport for a lay-over or early departure. Hotel features electronic check-in, check-out, practical lobby bar with take away food and beverages. Rooms done in a futuristic design. All utilities are remote controlled. Elderly traveler might face problems here. Very well priced for the location, which is a 3 min. walk to the terminal building.

design of lobby and meeting areas, comfortable bed, really unique and
interesting concept and design of the rooms!

Remote control of light and sound in room not working properly, safe

Very modern styled hotel with all multimedia free of charge (including video on demand, wifi, and computers available) And 5 minutes walk from Schiphol terminal. This is the cheapest offer (other hotels this close to Schiphol are easily double in price)

the shower did not work (!) and the room is very small. Also, after some time the TV stopped working

Too far from airport's building - even worst if you are with luggage. Not easy to find (directions signs at place are poor)

Although a bit of a walk it was convenient to the airport. Beats a
shuttle bus any day. A fun setting. Other than slamming doors, it was
really quiet.

I have three complaints. First, when I went to use the toilet for the
first time, it was full of toilet paper. It made me wonder if the room
had really been cleaned. Second, the fancy gadgetry is fun but the
explanations weren't adequate. I set the alarm but it didn't go off and
I almost missed my plane. The room was cold at the highest temp.
Setting. The shower was weak and warm.
