Adagio City Aparthotel Paris Tour Eiffel features 375 apartments, from studios to 2-room apartments, all equipped with all modern facilities as well as a reception open around the clock. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.

Extra beds are not available.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

It is close to the foodmarket, subway and train station. Small room but clean and quiet even if it is a building of about 30 levels.

The rooms are well equipped

The rooms are very small and windows cannot be opened. Price is not low.

Comfortable spacious room.

During check-in receptionist was polite with me but openly rude to the people who were checking in next to me. She also did not give any info about the facilities in the hotel and was harassed as the queue built up behind me. Also the location of the hotel is not great as it is a fair walk from the main landmarks. 1 of the 2 lifts was broken during my stay and that meant 1 lift for 28 floors.

the hotel is good' well located and modern.

I found the staff polite and helpful but had the feeling that they were not sufficiently trained in the use the hotel communications systems like phone, fax etc.

Close to the eiffel tower, and view of the eiffel tower from my room. Hotel staff were potite and helpful. There was a supermarket round the corner which was very converient.

The staff didn't speak well english and didn't help us with any tourist information. Also the everyday room cleaning wasn't included in the price !!

It was close to places I wanted to be close to. We also liked the idea of having a kitchenette

The staff was very hard to deal with. There was a problem with my credit card (which has to do with how your company refers to itself as being a company and not a hotel), but no one was willing to call the toll free number of my credit card company to correct the problem. We never saw maids even though we were there 6 days. For the price we paid, the service was terrible.
